The tactics winning collective bargaining at Amazon must embrace more than unionism. Amazon's emerging monopoly of essential infrastructure services as well as its status as an essential service -- and gigantic employer -- for multiple nations will dictate that collective bargaining rights must must embrace an alternative social model and standards not based on a billionaire oligarchy or its prerogatives, where multiple stakeholders --not just stockholders -- need bargaining representation.
