Dr Ray Smock, former official historian of the US House of Representatives, and co-founder of the Byrd Legislative Center at Shepherd University, joins our conversation on May Day asking: 1) How much socialism is required to go forward and recover as a nation?; and 2) Does the Constitution need to be changed. Dan Doyle, a VP for AFGE (American Federation of Government Employees) covering the WV district, reports on the extreme pressures faces by many dedicated Federal workers, and their concerns.
